Baseplate Magnetic, 8.25 inches including Magnetic Sub Plate  This assembly is used with additional brackets such as Cisco or any of the T bolt rail brackets. These baseplates do away with the nylon thumbscrews and use dual 150lb magnets to hold the baseplate to a nickel plated steel plate. These baseplates hold reliably up to about 3.5mph trolling speeds (assuming about 12 inches of downrod in the water).
