Description HOW TO REPLACE A BLADE: Removing the old blade Open the secateur by pushing the safety pin. Using a flat tool unhook the cir-clip (A) Use the provided Alan key to remove the screw (B). The spring might need replacing. In that case usea flat screwdriver to remove the spring from its notch (C). Fitting the new spring Place the larger end of the spring around the 2 claws of the bracket (D). Keeping the secateur wide open press the smaller end of the spring with a screwdriver. Push the spring up to the notch (C) located in the handle. Make sure the spring is securely in place by operatingthe handle. The hancle should open fully. Fitting the new blade Reposition the blade in its place. Put back the screw (B) and tighten it using the provided Alan key. Align the pinion with the hole (A) and insert the replacement axle. Put the cir-clip to slot in on the axle and clip it usingan appropriate tool.
